Founded by an Mechanical Engineering student from Imperial College London, HenleyPrint3D has been operating out of its base in Henley-On-Thames for over six years, providing services to both international engineering firms and local individuals.

3D Printed Animatronic Skull:
The challenge here was to create an animatronic skull consisting of mechanical parts that would rotate a pair of eye balls, blink the eye lids, open and close the jaw and tilt the head on three axis.
Manufactured in FDM ABS then sanded, primed and painted to give the skull a realistic copper finish.
